It was more than 41 years ago that Hugo and Elaine Strike began serving the needs of bereaved families. In 1965 they returned to their home town and opened the Strike Funeral Chapel and Elaine’s Flowers & Gifts facility in Isanti. Since then the family’s dedication to dignified service, respectful care and personal attention have justified the trust hundreds of their neighbors have placed in them over the years.
In 1992, Brian Strike joined the family business as funeral director. On March 12, 1994 the Strikes were honored to extend the tradition of professional funeral services to the Cambridge area with the opening of the Strike Funeral Home - Cambridge Chapel.
At the Strike Funeral Homes we understand the stress and grief associated with the death of a loved one. We believe the greatest service we can provide families is to listen to their needs. We respect each families’ wishes to carry out their traditions and beliefs. For that reason, we will work with you to create a personalized tribute that meets your specific needs. Whether you choose an elaborate or simple traditional funeral, or one of several cremation options, we commit ourselves fully to provide a most meaningful service with professionalism, dignity and care.

Our Home offers you a comfortable, warm atmosphere. The living-room style lobby invites friends and families to share memories and feelings.
The special children’s play room gives young children a safe place to be while parents visit families and friends and pay their last respects.
Our lovely chapel seats 175 guests. It can also be arranged to create a warm, close feeling for small gatherings.
