Duff, age 71, of Mesa, Arizona and formerly of Isanti died March 25, 2010 at home in Mesa.  Funeral services will be held at noon Saturday, April 3rd at Harvest Christian Center in Isanti with Rev. Mark Radeke officiating.  A time for visiting will be held one hour prior to the service.  Interment will be in Lakewood Cemetery in Minneapolis.

Ray was born in Bemidji, Minn. on July 28, 1938 to John and Clara (Schummer) Duff. He was united in marriage to Janice (Haag) Duff. They moved to Isanti in 1971 and had many great friends. Ray retired early and what started as a snowbird, eventually moved to a year round life in Mesa, Ariz. He lived in Desert Sands on a golf course and golfed regularly. He even had two holes in one. Besides golf he enjoyed little projects, playing cards and was always looking for a good laugh. Ray will be remembered most for his great sense of humor.

Raymond L. Duff passed away unexpectedly on March 25, 2010 at home at the age of 71 years, 7 months and 25 days.

He is survived by his son Tony (Kellie) Duff of Anoka, daughter Cindy (Steve) Schroeder of Cambridge; two brothers, Duane (Bonnie) Duff of Bemidji, Merle (Sandy) Duff of Eagan; nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents John and Clara Duff, wife Janice of twenty eight years, and children Gordon, Vicki, and Danny Duff. Ray was extremely precious, loving, and fun as a dad, friend, and grandpa. He will be sorely missed. “To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord” 2 Corinthians 5:8.
