August Allen Henrikson, age 53, of Ham Lake died May 10, 2008 at his home.  Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, May 13th at West Bethel United Methodist Church with Rev. Jim McChesney officiating.  A visitation will be held from 5:00 - 8:00 P.M. on Monday, May 12th at Strike Funeral Home - Isanti Chapel.  Interment will be in Oak Leaf Cemetery. 

August Allen Henrikson was born June 6, 1954 in Anoka to Dean and Mary Henrikson. Gus graduated form St. Francis High School. He worked at Certainteed Roofing for 33 years. Gus enjoyed deer hunting, fishing at the cabin, riding his motorcycle in the summer and his snowmobile in the winter. He was also a life long Twins fan. Gus will be missed by family and friends.

August “Gus” Henrikson of Ham Lake died at his home on May 10th after a courageous battle with cancer at the age of 53 years, 11 months and 4 days.

Gus is survived by his parents, Dean and Mary Henrikson; his 5 siblings, Ken (Nancy) Henrikson, Peggy (David) Proue, Doug Henrikson, John Henrikson and Kermit Henrikson; and by many other relatives and friends.
