Alice and family,

God's blessing to you as Ollon joins the heavenly host. As you remember Ollon was my golf partner and I was his eyes on the course. He was an inspiration to me and I will always remember him and cherish his friendship.

Dear Alice and McCool Family,
Since moving to Cambridge in 1992, Ollon's gift of gardening has truly touched our lives. We became great friends and always enjoyed running by the McCool's house in Goldenwood to see if the kitchen light was on for a quick stop to visit. Maybe it was just to help Ollon with his golf swing, which he was passionate about or help rototill your garden. Alice, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your inspiration and kindness but most of all your friendship. We have made great use of the rototiller and our garden will grow abundantly with Gods Blessing and Ollon's spirit.
All our love.

The Broken Chain

We little knew that morning that God was going to call your name,
In life we loved you dearly, in death we do the same.
It broke our hearts to lose you, you did not go alone.
For part of us went with you, the day God called you home.
You left us peaceful memories, your love is still our guide
And though we cannot see you, you are always at our side.
Our family chain is broken, and nothing seems the same,
But as God calls us one by one, the chain will link again.

May God Bless you all during this time of sorrow.

Alice - I'm sorry to hear of Ollon's passing, but celebrate with you that he is now in heaven. I've enjoyed getting to know and Ollon at North Isanti church the past couple of months. I remember Ollon's last words to me a couple of weeks ago were "cold hands, warm heart" after he shook my chilly hand. May the Lord comfort you, Alice, as you grieve Ollon's loss.
